As Founder & CEO of AIZEN (www.aizen.no), I'm building AI-powered audit infrastructure for ESG compliance. My Evidence Intelligence Platform helps audit firms, procurement teams, and compliance leaders verify sustainability claims in hours instead of weeks. We're currently piloting with KPMG and raising pre-seed. Previously, I founded AI Alchemy Hub, where I helped businesses scale AI responsibly. My expertise spans data-driven transformation, AI governance, and innovation—bridging the gap between strategy, ethics, and impact through speaking, advisory work, and my book The AI Awakening.
I’m also the author of The AI Awakening, a groundbreaking book that explores AI’s transformative power beyond technology. It introduces the Wisdom Spire Framework, a strategic approach to AI adoption that balances data-driven decision-making, leadership, and human insight. Drawing from global case studies and my own journey, the book provides a roadmap for executives and innovators to harness AI for meaningful growth while navigating ethical and strategic challenges.
